Julia is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of diverse experience in the healthcare field. She worked as an ICU nurse, where she dedicated over a decade to providing compassionate care to critically ill patients. This hands-on experience cultivated her deep understanding of the intricate connections between physical and mental well-being.
Believing in a holistic approach, Julia is committed to treating the whole person and meeting individuals where they are on their unique journeys. She emphasizes the importance of mental health in enhancing overall quality of life and is passionate about empowering people with the tools and support they need to live their best lives.
As a mother of four, Julia intimately comprehends the challenges of parenthood, even extending her care to occasional extra kids when fostering. This firsthand experience allows her to connect empathetically with the struggles and joys of being a parent.
